It has been long since I posted anything here. Had been busy with my professional life. Not that I didn’t want to write but then it was hard to find free time, during past couple of weeks. Wrapping up things, before I could travel to India.
It’s a wonderful feeling, coming back to where I belong, to things I love. I wasn’t sure I was going to India, till I sat on the Sanaa-Dubai flight. It happens with Schlumberger and after a while one gets used to it. The uncertainty, the stress, it’s overwhelming. But then it gets compensated with this feeling. The feeling of coming back.
Am sitting at Dubai airport. Didn’t sleep much last night. As I said, was busy wrapping up things. I still have hours before my flight to India leaves Dubai. May be I should pamper myself. There are a lot of ways to do it.
Am trying to complete The Argumentative Indian, but am sure I wouldn’t be able to do it today. The excitement doesn’t let me read something, which seems so mundane at this moment. Probably some other time. For now let me just savor this feeling. The wait is long, but it wraps a sweetness within. And as they say ”mmm! am loving it!”
